Where a household is covered, and where it is not
This differs by category, so it is worth being precise rather than reassuring.
Two benefits explicitly extend beyond the member. Physician and hospital discounts apply to the member and immediate family, with no age limits or health restrictions. Doctors Online includes confidential support for immediate family alongside the member’s own access.
Other categories are held by the member. If a household needs several people covered across the board, that is a question worth putting to us directly rather than assuming either way — the answer depends on the category and the plan.
