You show a card. You pay the lower price. That is the whole mechanic.
Most health programs put the work after the visit — forms, claims, waiting to be reimbursed. This one puts everything before it, once, and then gets out of the way.
Choose a plan and join
Four plans, differing only in how many benefit categories they include. No contract, and you can move between them if the one you picked turns out to be the wrong fit.
Minutes · no contractYour member card is posted
The physical card arrives within ten business days. It is the only thing you need to carry — there is no member number to memorise and nothing to install.
Within ten business daysFind somewhere that takes it
A provider search covers the participating networks nationwide — 60,000 pharmacies, 262,000 dental locations, 20,000 vision providers, 1,500 laboratories, and so on by category. You are not tied to a region.

You pay the member rate instead of the list rate, there and then. Nothing is submitted, nothing is approved, and nothing is reimbursed later, because you were never charged the full amount in the first place.
At the point of paymentThen do it again
This is the part that decides whether a membership was worth holding. The value is not in one dramatic saving; it is in the prescription every month, the exam every year, the cleaning every six months — the ordinary spending that recurs whether or not anything goes wrong.
Every time, not once02 — A worked example
What that looks like at the counter
One visit, one card, no paperwork on either side of it.
Illustration · dental cleaning
An illustration, not a quotation. Dental savings run 15% to 50% per visit and actual prices vary by provider and by service — which is why the figure above is a range applied to an example rather than a promise about your dentist.
On the Complete plan, one cleaning at the top of that range is most of a year’s membership. That is the arithmetic the whole program rests on, and it is why we would rather ask what you actually spend on than tell you what you will save.
03 — What it is not
Four things that never happen
Most of what people expect from a health program is absent here, deliberately.
Nothing to submit, nothing to chase, no reimbursement to wait for. The discount happens at the till.
It works on the first day you hold the card, not after you have spent a threshold amount.
You do not ask permission to use a benefit, and nobody decides whether your visit qualifies.
Stop whenever you like. There is no term to see out and no cancellation fee.
04 — Alongside your cover
It is an addition, not an alternative
The people it helps most are usually people who already have insurance.
Insurance is built for the rare and the expensive, and it is good at that. What it tends to leave with you is the ordinary and the frequent — the cleaning, the glasses, the monthly prescription, the blood work, the hearing aids. Those are not emergencies, so they are rarely covered well, and they are also where most household health spending actually goes.
This program aims at exactly that gap. It does not replace what you hold, it does not interact with it, and it does not care whether you have any.
See what it would save youA few questions about what you actually spend on — nothing to fill in, and no obligation at the end of it.
